The Residential Manager is responsible for management of a Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDS) funded group home for adults with intellectual disabilities. The Residential Manager works in the home to promote residents' health and safety, community integration, and person-centered support to pursue individual goals and be as independent as possible. This role works collaboratively with program staff, families, day programs, and DDS. This is a great role for someone who enjoys interacting with others; the Residential Manager is responsible for setting a friendly and welcoming tone for all.
